Our Work shows the studio's projects at their real stage. 87 Wolfe Street, a rooftop extension to a modernist house in The Hill, Newcastle, and 42 Sylvania Street, a new residence and studio on a bushfire-prone escarpment in Mount Victoria, both received development approval. 92–94 Wolfe Street, the renovation of two 1900s terraces in Newcastle, is in design development. Each project page sets out the project, the challenge and the studio's approach.
The Portfolio CV further down is different: it lists projects Noel contributed to as an architect at practices such as FJMT Studio, and in project, development and programme management roles with Root Partnerships, Property & Development NSW and Sydney Water.

Prior to founding Yaxley Studio, Noel gained over a decade of experience working with award-winning Australian architectural practices.
These are not Yaxley Studio projects. Each entry names Noel's role and the organisation he worked for at the time, such as Graduate Architect at FJMT Studio, Project Manager at Root Partnerships or Project Director at Sydney Water, and its page explains what he was responsible for.
The list spans tertiary education and schools, specialist laboratory and government workplace fitouts, student accommodation, hotels, mixed-use buildings, design competitions and planning and feasibility studies. It is the experience in briefs, consultant teams, councils and delivery that Noel now brings to every Yaxley Studio engagement.
