What happens after you enquire
- A conversation with Noel. Yaxley Studio is led by Noel Yaxley, a registered architect in NSW, and he is your single point of contact. You don't need to know the design or planning process before getting in touch.
- Your site, goals and budget. We talk through the property, what you want to achieve and what you want to spend, so the advice starts from your brief.
- The right team for the brief. Noel matches your project with design consultants who specialise in its type and know your council area, plus the engineers, surveyors or town planners it needs.
- A clear fee proposal. Fees are quoted on your specific brief and site, so you know the cost of the work before you commit.
Where we work
The studio is based on Macquarie Street in the Sydney CBD. Each project's design consultants are chosen partly for their knowledge of its local council, so the controls that apply to your site are understood from the start.
Our projects also include DA-approved designs in Newcastle and the Blue Mountains. If your property is elsewhere in NSW, ask about your local government area.
We take on residential work (new homes, renovations and additions) as well as commercial, hospitality and industrial projects.
